Vacation rental services include:

Turn dishwasher on

Walk through

Check for damages

Start Laundry if needed

Strip all bedding and towels (check for stains)

Report and send photos of linen stains or damage

Scrub and disinfect toilets, including the bowl, seat, and exterior

Clean and polish mirrors and faucets

Refill all soaps/shampoo/conditioner to 3/4 full & wipe down outside of bottles

Toilet paper folded in triangle and holder dusted and wiped down

All soaps refilled if needed and wipe bottles

Replace garbages and wipe bin exterior 

All hair removed from sinks and shower

Showers and glass cleaned/polished

All towels triple folded and facecloths rolled

Refill oil (full), salt & pepper, spices, sugar, tea & coffee

Dishes put away from dishwasher and washer wiped down inside and outside

Run dish soap down sink and garburator to smell fresh 

Clean microwave inside and outside 

Coffee machine and grinder emptied and wiped out

All appliances wiped down and polished

Refrigerator cleaned

All counters crumb free and disinfected

Stove/oven cleaned and polished exterior

Sinks polished and taps polished

Soaps refilled if needed and dish towels folded nicely

Make all beds; triple sheeting when applicable (see video)

Fold facial tissue in triangle

Set up pillows and blankets neatly on couches and beds

Look under all beds and couches for things left behind 

Check inside drawers for items left 

Vacuum and remove all crumbs from under furniture

All garbages and recycling emptied and taken with you 

Ensure all stock is refilled as per listing on scheduling app

Make sure gas to BBQ is off
