All services are based on an hourly rate with no minimums. All initial services are invoiced at a rate of $60 per cleaner per hour for Canmore properties ($65 per cleaner per hour for Banff properties), with subsequent recurring services, invoiced at your plan rate (Economy or Premium). An initial service is defined as any service following 6 weeks of no service.

Living on a fixed income? Seniors (65+) are eligible for a 5% discount on all recurring services (Premium or Economy).
Past clients of Leave No Trace Cleaning Co who have not worked with the current ownership are eligible for a 5% discount on all recurring services (Premium or Economy).
If you are an existing client, save $50 on a future cleaning when you refer a new recurring client. Simply ask folks to share your name when they sign up.
Discounts may not be combined and are not applicable on one-time and initial (first time) cleanings.
Leave No Trace Cleaning Co standard practice is one cleaner per property for the greatest efficiency, with the possible exception of your initial service, any special or one-time cleaning requests, and the occasional training of new staff members.
Recurring billing rates are not guaranteed.**
A one-time service includes any initial service, nonrecurring service, or special service request (i.e., seasonal, move-in/out, or construction cleaning).
One-time services will incur a scheduling fee ($5) and an additional travel fee of (0.5 hours) to accommodate linen procurement time, if applicable.
One-time services may be scheduled for (1) a half-day (two cleaners, for a four hour time block) or (2) a full-day (two cleaners, for an 8 hour time block).
The half-day service has no minimum, but is limited to 8 billable service hours, regardless of the work completed. The full-day service includes a 10 hour minimum and is limited to 16 billable service hours. Multiple service days may be scheduled.
Vacation rental services may incur an additional travel fee of (0.5 hours) to accommodate linen procurement time, if applicable.
When applicable, travel fees will be incurred for Canmore properties at a rate of 0.25 hours per cleaner and Banff properties at a rate of 0.5 hours per cleaner. Travel fees are added to the total service time.
*Change fees (per incident) are applicable to all schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests. The only exceptions to the Economy service change fee include: New Year’s Day; Family Day; Good Friday; Victoria Day; Canada Day; Heritage Day; Labour Day; Thanksgiving Day; Remembrance Day; and Christmas Day. Services that fall on these dates will be skipped unless special arrangements are made ahead of time. Any service conducted on an observed holiday will be invoiced at a rate 1.5x the regular rate.
**Recurring billing rates (time on site) may vary from visit to visit. As a result, Leave No Trace Cleaning Co can not guarantee the price on recurring services. Leave No Trace Cleaning Co works with each client to manage price fluctuations as best we can.
